Thomas Grapes - Founder & CEO

Thomas serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AlohaMHS. He oversees business development, strategic growth, and SEO across the network — helping expand access to quality telehealth mental health services across the U.S. TJ brings a background in operations, marketing, and technical SEO that drives the network’s ongoing success.

LeAnn Neilson - Clinical Director

LeAnn is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Aloha Integrative Mental Health . She leads the clinical vision across the AlohaMHS network, guiding a team dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care. LeAnn brings her extensive clinical expertise and deep commitment to holistic mental health to every aspect of the organization.
